OUR VISION
Dove Mentors, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt non-profit agency that provides early intervention and prevention services through transformative mentoring relationships. Services are provided to historically underrepresented males ( i.e. minority, potential first college generation, low income, urban) between the ages of 13-18 who are either, first time offenders, currently on probation, and / or those who are "high-risk" of juvenile delinquency and educational failure. In some instances, Dove also provides services to males between the ages of 19-24, if the organization identifies a male that could benefit from the program.
The program's purpose is to positively influence juvenile delinquents and potential delinquents, and ultimately helping them become productive citizens.

OUR MISSION
The mission of Dove Mentors, Inc. is to impart and provide the following character traits in the young men that we serve.
• Commitment: Dove demonstrates to the young men that we are committed to their pursuit of transitioning to a life free from delinquency by providing resources and assistance.
• Responsibility: Dove seeks to help young men establish goals and follow through on commitments made to themselves, Dove, and other stakeholders interested in improving their lives.
• Resourcefulness: Dove provides young men with the skills and means to be resourceful, to help achieve goals and reject delinquent lifestyles.
• Possibility: Dove’s goal to expand the perspectives many young men have on life, and demonstrate to them the limitless possibilities they have by providing them with a supportive and inclusive environment.
